Nancy A. Colbert - Obituary

ancy A. Colbert, 85, a 31-year resident of Annapolis and previously of New Carrollton, passed away on January 13, 2017 in Annapolis, MD surrounded by her family. Nancy was born on November 24, 1931 in Lynchburg, Virginia to the late James and Christine Arthur. Nancy was a homemaker whose interests included; playing bridge, tennis and decorating. In addition to her parents Nancy was preceded in death by her daughter, Lee Ann Colbert in 2016. She is survived her husband of 63 years, Donald R. Colbert, Sr., and one son, Donald Colbert, Jr. of Bowie, MD. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Nancy’s life on Sunday, January 29, 2017 from 3pm to 5pm at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD 21037. Nancy will be inurned privately at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery.
