Nancy Lee Harris - Obituary

ancy Lee Harris, 84, of Edgewater and previously of Dunkirk, MD, passed away on July 3, 2016 at her home. Born on August 6, 1931 in Winston-Salem, NC, Nancy attended business school and became a partner with her husband in their typesetting company, General Typographers. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church and enjoyed walking, reading and a glass of good wine. Nancy was preceded in death by her husband, Virdin “Buddy” Harris who died in 2011 and her sister, Jackie Conroy. She is survived by three daughters, Jennifer (Norman) Gray of Edgewater, Gail (Lloyd Greenberg) Harris of Washington, DC and Leslie Donnelly of Salisbury, MD; two grandsons, Randy Halfpap and Nicholas Donnelly; three granddaughters, Eva and Clare Greenberg and Julie Donnelly; and three great-grandchildren.
