Nickolaos A. Mellos - Obituary

ickolaos A. Mellos, 85, a resident of Riverdale, MD for thirty-six years, passed away on Sunday, October 31, 2021. Born on June 5, 1936, in Greece to the late Alexandros and Alexandra Mellos, Nickolaos was an automobile mechanic for most of his life. He was preceded in death by his wife, Maria N. Mellos. He is survived by his children, Alexandros N. (Cathi) Mellos of Odenton, MD and Andriana M. (Craig) Tuthill of Riverdale, MD, and his granddaughters, Katherine M. and Andreana M. Mellos. Friends are invited to celebrate Nickolaos’s life at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD on Wednesday from 5 to 7 pm. A funeral service will be held at Ss. Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church, 2747 Riva Rd., Annapolis, MD on Thursday, November 4 at 11 am. Interment will follow at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Cemetery in Annapolis.
