Nikolaos Dimitrios Kretsis, 91, died on August 6, 2022 at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis.  He was born in Greece on February 17, 1931.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Vasiliki Kretsis; his children, Marianne Kretsis and Dimitrios (Vicky) Kretsis, both of Bowie; his brothers, George Kretsis of Australia, and Konstantinos and Panagiotis Kretsis, both of Greece; his granddaughter, Maria Kretsis; and many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be on Wednesday, August 10 from 10-11, followed by a funeral service at 11AM at St. Theodore Greek Orthodox Church, 7101 Cipriano Road, Lanham, MD 20706.  Interment will follow in St. Demetrios Cemetery in Annapolis.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Theodore Greek Orthodox Church.
