Norma Lebling - Obituary

orma Pucci Lebling, a retired nurse, beloved mother and grandmother passed away on April 24, 2012 at Spa Creek in Annapolis, Maryland. She was preceded in death by her husband, William L. Lebling, Jr. in 1998. Mrs. Lebling was born, Norma Pucci, in Kings Park, New York on March 9, 1920. Following nursing school, she worked in Japan during World War II as an Army Nurse, 2nd Lieutenant where she met her husband and married. She is survived by her six children and their spouses, Laura DeLisi (Ron), Susan Gane (Steve), Tina Doordan (Chip), William L. Lebling, III (Christie), Lisa Kimmel (Rusty), Joseph F. Lebling (Melissa), and loving grandchildren, Christopher DeLisi, William DeLisi, Brendon Stake, Courtney Gane, Eric Gane, Carin Gane, JoAnna Conte Durham, Kyle Lebling, Jeremy Lebling, Jenna Lebling, Ashleigh O’Brien, William Russell Kimmel, Katie Lebling, Samatha Lebling and Joseph Lebling. Great grandchildren, Nicholas DeLisi, Alley Rei DeLisi, Caleb Carr, Stephen Carr, Benjamin O’Brien and Ava Kimmel. A memorial service will take place at Saint John Neumann Catholic Church, 9000 Warfield Road, Gaithersburg, Maryland on Thursday May 3, 2012 at 11:00AM. Internment will be private at Arlington National Cemetery.
