Norman Balagtas - Obituary

n Tuesday, March 17, 2015; the beloved husband of Bene Balagtas; father of George, Michael and Charlane Balagtas; brother of Erlinda Arreza, Rufino, Jr., Ferdinand, Henry, Clinton, Meinrado, and Edgar Balagtas and Frances Marie Panlaqui. He is also survived by six grandchildren, numerous, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to Norman's Celebration of Life on Sunday, March 22 from 2 to 6 p.m. at GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Columba Catholic Church, 7800 Livingston Rd., Oxon Hill, MD on Monday, March 23, 2015 at 10 a.m. Interment private.
