Norman Eli Busada - Obituary

orman Eli Busada passed away peacefully in the evening of November 20, 2022 surrounded by his daughter Susan, nieces and nephews. He joins his wife Theresa, who preceded him in death by two months, and his parents, Eli and Nellie Busada. Norman was a native Washingtonian. He graduated from Anacostia High School, in the class of 1952. He attended the University of Maryland, graduating in 1956, and married Theresa three weeks later. They had a beautiful life together for 66 years. He leaves behind one daughter, Susan, a brother Eli, a sister, Elizabeth Marinaro, as well as, many nieces, nephews, family, and friends who have become family. He will be missed for his sense of humor, willingness to help others, and provide wise advice whenever he was asked. The viewing will be held on Monday, November 28 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the KALAS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD. The Funeral will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Piscataway, 13401 Piscataway Rd., Clinton, MD. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
