Patt was born on October 3, 1931, in Omaha, Nebraska, to Edward and Effie May Todd Roberts. Patt married George Kuzela on March 1, 1949, and together they raised their daughter Lisa in Omaha. A formidable card player, Patt could often be found championing a game of bridge or Canasta. A world traveler, Patt fondly recalled trips with her family to Australia, Hong Kong, Hawaii, Alaska and the Amazon Jungle. A woman of great intellect and wisdom, Patt never shied from a political debate or a Sunday crossword puzzle. Additionally, Patt had quite an eye for design and fashion, and crafted several pieces of art and furniture with her husband. Friends and family will remember Patt for her kindness, wit, and love of the Nebraska Cornhuskers.
Patt was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother, Harold Roberts.
Patt valued her family above all else, and cherished her years spent with her daughter, son-in-law, and beautiful grandchildren.
