Patricia Aisquith Gaug - Obituary

atricia Ann Aisquith Gaug “Pat”, a 47 year resident of Davidsonville, died on Sunday January 18, 2009 at her home after a 5 year battle with Alzheimer's disease. She was 68. Born, October 6, 1940 in Annapolis, MD to Witt and Elsie Aisquith, she graduated Annapolis High School in 1958. Pat worked as a mail carrier as well as a clerk at the Davidsonville Post Office from 1967 until she retired in 1997. Pat was a member of Davidsonville United Methodist Church and enjoyed gardening, painting, her friends and helping others. She is survived by her husband, Paul Donald Gaug, of Davidsonville, whom she married on Sept. 19, 1959, her children, Paul Allen Gaug of Huntingtown, Maryland and Karen Ann Gaug, of Davidsonville, MD and one brother Wayne Aisquith of Pipe Stem, West Virginia. Relatives and Friends are invited to Pat's Life Celebration on Thursday, January 22 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME 2973 Solomons Island Rd, Edgewater, MD where funeral services will be held on Friday January 23, 2009 at 11am. Interment will be at Lakemont Memorial Gardens, Davidsonville, MD. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake, 445 Defense Highway, Annapolis, MD 21401.
