Patricia Ann Harley - Obituary

atricia Ann Harley went home to her Lord on July 22, 2022. She left this world due to complications of a heart attack which she suffered earlier in the year while at Washington Hospital Center. Patricia was born on February 13, 1961, to Louis Charles Carter and Barbara Ann Carter in San Antonio, Texas. She was the second oldest of five children, Marie Antoinette Carter, Louis Charles Carter Jr. Charles Daniel Carter, and Derek Marcus Berrien. Growing up she loved to be with her family and was given the nickname “China Doll” because of her almond shaped eyes. Patricia also enjoyed dancing and listening to music from the Gap Band, Cameo, and O’JAYS. She graduated from Highland High School in San Antonio, Texas. Shortly after March 22, 1980, she would give birth to her only child and the apple of her eye, Stephen Davon Clemons. In 1993, Patricia would move from Texas to Maryland, and pursue her career to become a data practitioner. She later met and married Paul Harley. Patricia is survived by her son, Stephen Clemons and his wife Ne’Cole Clemons; her grandchildren: Demari Clemons, Desmond Hamn, and Kennedy Brooks; her siblings: Marie Carter, Louis Charles Carter Jr., Carolyn Carter, Charles Daniel Carter, Derek Marcus Berrien, Sr., Kia Young. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews: Aisha Wade, David Carter, Christian Carter, Derique Marquis Berrien, Derek Marcus Berrien Jr., Daniel Carter, and D’Angelo Carter, and her great nieces and nephews: Alfonso Gonzalez, Terranisha Butler, Jonathan Wooton, and Charisha Wooton and many loving friends. She will forever be loved and missed.
