Patricia Ann Prather - Obituary

n December 14, 2018, Patricia Kram Prather of Fort Washington, MD passed away peacefully at the age of 81. Pat was born in Pittsburgh and was a lifelong Steeler fan. She was a devoted Army Wife to her late husband, LTC Lawrence H Prather, Jr. (Ret). Pat was a loving mother to Pam Prather and Peggi Phelps, mother-in-law to Darren Phelps and grandmother to Samuel Phelps. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many dear family members and friends. Friends and family are welcome to attend services held at Arlington National Cemetery on January 29, 2019 at 10am. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Sitar Arts Center in Washington DC or Annandale North Springfield Little League in Annandale, VA.
