n Wednesday, May 5, 2010; the beloved wife of Carl Andersen and the late Ray Richards; mother of Mike Richards; daughter of Robert Vinsant and the late Anne Vinsant; sister of Karen Vinsant; grandmother of Brandon and Jordan Richards; step-mother of Carl(Tracey) III and Steve(Donis) Andersen. She is also survived by Mike's fiancé, Nicole DiLorenzo, many other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to Pat's Life Celebration on Saturday, May 22, 2010 from 9am until Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am at St. Columba Catholic Church, 7800 Livingston Rd., Oxon Hill, MD. Reception immediately following at Allentown Road Volunteer Fire Dept., 8709 Allentown Rd., Ft. Washington, MD. Entombment Arlington National Cemetery on Wednesday, June 16 at 3pm. In lieu of flowers, the family has established the Pat Richards Foundation to provide the Pat Richards Memorial Scholarship to be awarded annually to a student member of the Prince George's County Regional Association of Student Governments (PGRASG) within the Prince George's County Public Schools.
