Patricia A. Sehrt, age 81, a resident of Edgewater for over 25 years, died on Tuesday, January 1, at the Mandrin Inpatient Care Center in Harwood of natural causes. Born November 10, 1931 in St. Louis, MO to the late Thomas and Johanna Barry, Patricia graduated high school in Wellston, MO, then went on to be a homemaker who enjoyed animals, gardening, cooking and especially taking care of her family.
 
Patricia is preceded in death by her husband, Eugene E. Sehrt and one son, Thomas Sehrt.
 
Survivors include three sons, Gary Sehrt of Edgewater, Brian Sehrt of Livonia, MI and Greg Sehrt of Edgewater; two daughters-in-law, Lorraine Sehrt of FL and Faith Sehrt of Livonia, MI; one sister, Elsie Mahood; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. 

Friends are invited to Patricia’s Life Celebration at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, on Friday, January 4 from 2-4 and 7-9PM where a funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday, January 5 at 10AM.
