atrick Leo Gleason, 72, passed away on Thursday, April 2 at John’s Hopkins Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Born on April 23, 1953, in Washington D.C., Patrick was a resident of Selbyville, DE and previously of Edgewater, MD. Following his graduation from high school, Patrick worked as an electrician for IBEW Local 26. Outside of work, Patrick enjoyed music, cooking, watching classic black and white movies, and antiques such as lamps, chairs, and paintings. He was also a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Annapolis, MD.
In addition to his parents, Patrick is preceded in death by his brother, Neal Gleason. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Colleen Gleason; his siblings, John (Sue Ann) Gleason of Vienna, VA, Thomas (Stacia) Gleason of College Park, MD, Ellen Gleason of Chester, MD, Nancy (Dave) Krejci of Severna Park, MD, and Kathleen (Chip) Kirtley of Dayton, MD; his sisters-in-laws, Karen (Jeff) Rogerson, June Sternberg, Jeanne (Chad) Barker, Helen (Rachel) Clabaugh, and Lee Gleason; as well as many nieces and nephews.
