Paul Beall - Obituary

aul E. Beall, 74, a resident of Port Orange, Florida and previously of Mitchellville and Edgewater, MD, passed away on Saturday, April 30, 2016 in his home surrounded by his family. Paul was born on August 8, 1941 in Mitchellville, MD to the late Clarence and Lillian Beall. He worked as a Traffic Control Technician for the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration, and retired from the SHA as a supervisor. Paul was a member of the Knights of Pythias, the Moose Lodge and the Chapel of Faith Church in Port Orange, FL. His interests included gardening and playing ball, but enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren the most. In addition to his parents, Paul was preceded in death by his siblings; Irene Bottner, Debbie Corrick and Michael Beall. Paul is survived by his loving wife, Carol Anne Beall, his devoted children; Katherine Brady, Lesa Barber and Brian Huffer, his siblings; Vincent Beall and Joan Armstrong. He is also survived by his 9 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call on Thursday from 2pm to 4pm and 6 to 8pm, with a Knights of Phythias service at 6:15, at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD where a funeral service will be held on Friday, May 6, 2016 at 11am. Interment will follow at Lakemont Memorial Gardens.
