Paul Robey - Obituary

aul Douglas Robey, 63, of Oxon Hill, MD passed away on Tuesday, November 10, 2015. Paul was the first child of William G. and Frances Robey, born on December 20, 1951. Older brother of Ken and Brian Robey, and Uncle Paul to Jeff and Matt Robey. Paul retired from the Prince Georges County Government Department of Public Works and Transportation in 2011 after more than 30 years of service in the Office of Transportation as an engineering technician. He was an avid reader and collector of many music genres as evidenced by his vast collection of books and albums. Paul enjoyed sports, as a participant prior to being sidelined by a work injury in his late twenties, and continuing as a spectator. Paul was a lifelong Redskins fan, even in the bad years. To honor Paul’s memory, contributions may be made in his name to the American Diabetes Association.
