n Friday, February 5, 2016, Paulino C. Apas the beloved husband of Victoria M. Apas; brother of Freda Carpenter. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends both here and the Philippines. Relatives and friends are invited to Celebrate his Life on Friday, February 12th from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 9pm at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD. where a prayer service will be held at 7 pm. Inurnment will take place at a future date back in his native Philippines.
