Pearl Condatore - Obituary

earl L. Condatore, 79, a 17-year resident of Annapolis, died on July 6, 2009 of natural causes at the Anne Arundel Medical Center. She was born on June 1, 1930 in Wilmington, DE. She worked as a registered nurse before becoming a full time homemaker. Later she returned to the workforce in the Admissions Department at the University of Maryland University College. She was a member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Annapolis and the Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Washington, DC where she was the former Prefect of the Sodality. She was an avid reader and enjoyed arts and crafts. On October 7, 1951, she married Donald A. Condatore who died in 1991. She is survived by her children: Michael Condatore of Chester, MD, Patrick Condatore of Crownsville, MD and Anne Kline of Millsboro, DE; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Friends are invited to Pearl's Life Celebration on Wednesday from 6 to 8PM at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 9 at 11:00AM at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 109 Duke of Gloucester St., Annapolis, MD. Interment Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Crownsville, MD. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1041 Route 3 North Building A, Gambrills, MD 21054.
