Pearl Frazier - Obituary

earl Mench Frazier, 84, of Annapolis and previously of Rock Hall and Chesapeake City, died of cancer Dec. 22 in her home after a four-year illness. Mrs. Frazier was born Feb. 11, 1923, in Kent County. She was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Ladies Auxiliary Post 652, where she served as past president. She was preceded in death in 1977 by her husband, Oliver E. Frazier Jr.; two sons, Oliver Patrick and Duane Ray Frazier; and one granddaughter. Survivors include three daughters, Charlotte Millionie of Pasadena, Betty Wiles of Annapolis, and Jean Johnson of Beijing, China; two brothers, Elmer Kendall of Newnan, Ga., and Franklin Mench of Seaford, Del.; her companion of 22 years, John Freeman; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. Funeral services and interment are private
