Peggy A. Kroner - Obituary

eggy Kroner “Bootsie”, 70, a resident of Severna Park, MD, died on Tuesday, September 7 at her home. Born on April 22, 1951 in Baltimore, MD, Bootsie attended Catholic schools and was a graduate of the Anne Arundel County Community College nursing program. She worked in the private duty nursing industry and was a parishioner of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Severna Park, MD. Bootsie enjoyed dancing, singing, cooking and laughing. She loved Ravens football and praying above all else. She was the beloved wife for 37 years of the late David Kroner, Sr.; mother of Colleen and Ann Marie Kroner both of Severna Park, MD and David Kroner and his wife, Maureen of Florida; stepmother of Kimberly Krauss of Baltimore, MD and grandmother of Courtney, Emily and Mathew Kroner. She is also survived by many sisters, brothers and other family members. Friends are invited to celebrate Bootsie's life at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD on Sunday, September 12 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm. Mass of the Resurrection will be offered at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, 689 Ritchie Hwy., Severna Park, MD on Monday, September 13 at 11 am.
