n Tuesday March 11, 2008 the beloved wife of Joe F. Ramsey, devoted mother of Carl (Elizabeth) Ramsey and Carol (Vincent) Cicconi, sister of the late William Sumner. Grandmother of Dawn, Sarah, and Clayton Ramsey, Melisa Steffens and Nicole Follin, and great grandmother to Sean DelVecchio and Sloane and Sadie Steffens.Also survived by her beloved companion Heidi Ann.
