erry was born on May 4, 1927, in San Antonio, Zambales, Philippines. He left his home country at the age of 17 and joined the U.S. Navy in June 1946, serving until his retirement in June 1976. Following his military service, he joined the FBI in July 1976 and worked there until retiring in July 1994.
In 1958, Perry married the love of his life, Delores. Together with their son, Fernando, they lived in England from 1959 to 1961. After having lived with his Uncle Gil in Washington, D.C., in the mid-1950s, Perry and his family moved to the Forest Heights neighborhood in Maryland, where they resided until October of last year.
Perry was a very independent and considerate man who always managed on his own. He had a great love for cooking and enjoyed listening to jazz, particularly the music of Frank Sinatra and Perry Como.
Both Perry and Delores were faithful members of Clinton Grace Church (formerly Grace Brethren Church) until health challenges required them to move to Virginia.

Relatives and friends are invited to Perry's Life Celebration on Friday, March 6, 2026 from 2 P.M. to 8 P.M at the KALAS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 6160 Oxon Hill Road, Oxon Hill MD 20745. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at 9 A.M. at the KALAS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 6160 Oxon Hill Road, Oxon Hill MD 20745. Burial will be private.
