Alter and Susan Alter-Humphrey, also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to Phil's Life Celebration at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD on Friday, September 18 from 2pm until memorial service begins at 4pm. Interment private.
