R. Scott Poole - Obituary

n March 7, 2011 Robert Scott Poole of Lusby MD passed away suddenly. He is the loving husband to Brenda Hodges-Poole ; son of Phillip (Becky) Poole and the late Carole Poole; caring son-in-law of Don and the late Judy Hodges; loving brother of Shane (Angie) Poole, Liz Poole, Michael (Tonya) Frye and the late Jimmy Poole; brother-in-law to Pete (Angie) Hodges. He is also survived by 22 nieces and nephews. Scott graduated from Annapolis Area Christian Academy and went on to get his Bachelors Degree at the University of Maryland. He was the owner of Blue Water Cabinetry in Prince Frederick MD. Scott met Brenda 10 years ago and married on October 29, 2004. He enjoyed traveling, fishing, and taking trips to the beach. Friends are invited to Scott's Life Celebration at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD on Sunday from 2 to 5pm, where services will be held on Monday, March 14 at 11am. Interment Lakemont Memorial Gardens. A reception will follow after the interment at American Legion, 830 Mayo Road, Mayo, MD 21106.
