Raymond Joseph Stanekenas - Obituary

n Thursday, March 26, 2026; the beloved brother of Lorraine Walsh; uncle of James J. (Giavanna) Walsh and Karin L. (the late Michael) Walsh. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. A visitation will be held on Thursday, April 9, from 10:30 a.m. until the start of the Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11 a.m. at St. Lawrence Roman Catholic Church, 6222 Franconia Rd., Alexandria, VA 22310. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, 13801 Georgia Ave., Silver Spring, MD 20906. Memorial contributions may be made in Ray's name to the church.
