Regina "Gina" Carpenter - Obituary

egina Anne Carpenter, “Gina”, 36, a life-long resident of Crownsville, MD passed away on July 2, 2022, at Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis. BornMay 8, 1986, in Baltimore, MD to the late Annette Marie and Richard Allen Carpenter, Jr. she attended Old Mill High School and continued her studies at Anne Arundel Community College. She is survived by her husband of 13 years, Matthew Roach, one sister, Rebecca Bonincontri, and her husband Joseph of Lothian, MD, nieces: Alexis and Hailey Bonincontri, and nephew, Joseph Bonincontri, Jr. She is also survived by her aunt, Danielle Shifflett, and her husband John, of Stanardsville, VA, her cousins; Kathleen Hardwick and Daniel Burns, both of Stanardsville, VA, and many other special family members and friends. Gina had a deep love for her family and her Catholic faith. She enjoyed photography, scrapbooking, and making memories. When she was just a little girl, her mother gave her the nickname “bird”; it’s no wonder Gina grew to love hummingbirds. Often, a hummingbird encounter is a sign that your departed loved one is watching over you. Gina, fly high and know that you will forever be in our hearts. All services will be private at this time.
