Rena J. Collins, 87, of Annapolis and previously of Laurel, died Nov. 11 at Anne Arundel Medical Center of complications from Alzheimer's disease.
Born May 6, 1920, in Blackburn, England, Mrs. Collins was raised in New Bedford, Mass. She was a bank manager for 25 years with Suburban Trust Bank.
Mrs. Collins was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of American Legion Post 60 in Laurel and enjoyed dancing, travel and spending time with family and friends.
On Aug. 14, 1943, she married Hubert Burton Greye, who died Aug. 28, 1977. On Sept. 7, 1981, she married George A. Collins, who died on June 6, 2003.
Surviving is a stepson, Ty B. Collins of Riva.
A life celebration will be held from noon to 1 p.m. Thursday at Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, followed by the memorial service. Burial will be private.
