Rhonda Elaine Ellison - Obituary

honda Elaine Ellison, age 57, passed away on Thursday, March 28, 2019 in Washington, DC. She was born in Newark, New Jersey, on February 14, 1962 to Lucy Baker and the late Wilbert S. Baker, Jr. From Newark, New Jersey the family relocated to Phoenix, Arizona. Later she moved to Fort Washington, MD where she resided for more than 23 years. She is survived by her loving husband Robert W. Ellison, her son Brandon Ellison, daughter Adriel Ellison, and brothers Karl Baker, and Michael Baker. Rhonda lived a full life and loved being with her friends and family. She had a profound love for children and loved to work with them. Any child that came near Rhonda was drawn to her. She was a genuinely loving person and enjoyed partaking in arts and crafts and watching old horror movies, love stories, and westerns. Relatives and friends are invited to Rhonda’s viewing on Saturday, April 6, 2019 from 10 to 11 am at National Church of God, 6700 Bock Rd., Fort Washington, MD, with funeral service to follow. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to National Church of God.
