n Friday, July 8, 2016; son of the late Reginald Gray Belcher and the late Veronica Pearl Belcher; brother of Carol Mick, Sharon Judd (Edward), the late Steven Belcher (Susan), Ronald Belcher (Emily Stanley), Cynthia Belcher and Beverly Belcher Gray (Michael); uncle of Pathelia Huber, Paul Judd (Connie), Austin Judd (Dawna), Kara Belcher (Jeff), Justin Belcher, Ryan Belcher, Rachael Belcher, Jessica Gray and Kevin Gray (Gwyneth). Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 12 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 Oxon Hill Road, Oxon Hill, MD where services will be held on Wednesday, July 13 at 12 noon. Interment Fort Lincoln Cemetery, Brentwood, MD.
