Krueger; father of Mark (Susan) Krueger, Karen (Bill) Duggleby and Jay Krueger; grandfather of Kimberly, Kenneth and Kathrynn Krueger, Billy and Tommy Duggleby and Alejandro and Alessandro Penalver. Relatives and friends are invited to Richard's Life Celebration at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD on Friday, January 25th from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Reception immediately following the service. Interment private. Memorial contributions may be made to The Conservancy of Broad Creek, Inc. or your favorite local charity.
