Richard L. Lietzke - Obituary

ichard Loren Lietzke, 84, a 25-year resident of Edgewater, Maryland and previously of DeWitt, New York, passed away on April 17, 2023. Born on April 28, 1938 in Pontiac, Michigan to the late Loren and Mary Lietzke, Richard obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University. In his most recent years he was retired, but previously had careers at Raytheon and General Electric. He loved walking, cycling, gardening, reading, and spending time with his family. Richard is survived by his wife of 60 years, Jeannette G. Lietzke of Edgewater, MD; his daughters, Lynnette Stuart of Auburn, WA and Kristin (Michael) Nastuk of Arlington, MA; his brothers, David Lietzke of TN, Alan Lietzke of CA, and Stephen Lietzke of NC; his sister, Marilyn Keisel of NC, and his grandsons, Joshua Nastuk and John Stuart. Services are private.
