n Wednesday, September 23, 2015; the beloved son of the late Cathell and Hilda Mattingly. He is survived by his guardian, Caroline Wills, Esq., his Mattingly cousins and other friends. A graveside service will be held for Richard at the St. Aloysius Church Cemetery, on Fenwick Road Leonardtown, Maryland on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at 11 a.m.
