Tab attended Washington and Jefferson College, graduating in 1956 with a bachelor’s degree in English. He began working in 1959 at Western Printing and Lithographing Co. in Poughkeepsie, NY which soon after became Western Publishing Co. He and his wife, Nancy, enjoyed traveling across the United States and Canada to boat shows and meetings, making many lifetime friends along the way.
