Richard W. Sabo "Rick" - Obituary

ichard W. Sabo “Rick”, 64, a resident of Annapolis, MD for twenty-five years and previously of Las Vegas, NV, died on February 28 in Pasadena, MD. Born on March 6, 1957 in Milwaukee, WI to the late Richard and Nancy Sansone, Rick was a graduate of Valley High School, Snow Junior College, where he played football, and the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He began his career as a convention management producer in Las Vegas with GES and later moved to Maryland to work with the Kelly Companies/ Convention Services Unlimited. Rick loved golf, football, cigars, fishing, traveling and music. In addition to his parents, Rick was preceded in death by his step-father, Frank Sansone. He is survived by his wife of more than forty years, Brenda Sabo; his siblings, Gary Sabo of Maple Valley, WA, Frank Sansone of Fullerton, CA, Christine Boyle of Las Vegas, NV and Jodi Neely of Salt Lake City, UT. Friends are invited to celebrate Rick's life on Friday, March 11 from 5 to 8 pm at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 12 at 10:30 am at Chesapeake Christian Fellowship, 377 W. Central Ave., Davidsonville, MD. For those unable to attend the service, it is being livestreamed by clicking HERE. Interment Lakemont Memorial Gardens in Davidsonville, MD.
