Richard Charles Waring - Obituary

ichard “Dick” Charles Waring Jr., 69, a 34-year resident of West River, MD, and previously of Arlington, VA, and Albany NY, died at his home on Sunday, September 15, 2019. Born April 14, 1950, in Tel Aviv, Israel, he was employed as a computer specialist consultant. Dick enjoyed boating and being on the water. He was a skilled carpenter, who, with help from some others, built their home along the West River. He is survived by his wife of 47 year, Diane Nowak-Waring; and a sister, Brenna Beverly Waring. A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 20 at 3 PM at the Kalas Funeral Home & Crematory, 2793 Solomons Island Rd., also Route 2 North, in Edgewater, MD.
