.H. Rick Hall "Rebel", 67, a resident of Waldorf, MD, died on Monday, August 7 at the Hospice of Charles County due to liver cancer. Born on February 6, 1950 in Washington, DC, Rick graduated from Bladensburg High School and from 1968 to 1972 served in the U.S. Navy aboard the U.S.S. Vulcan. He later worked as a carpenter for 13 years. Rick was an avid Washington Redskins and Washington Nationals fan and loved everything Harley-Davidson. He also enjoyed painting ceramics, driving with no particular destination in mind and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Denise "Angel" Hall; his son, Pete Hall of Edgewater, MD and his mother, Elizabeth Winburn of La Plata, MD. Rick was preceded in death by his son, Eric Dennis Hall. Military honors will be rendered on Friday, August 25 at 11 am at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery Chapel in Cheltenham, MD. His celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 26 at 8 pm at the Gold Mine Saloon, 3090 Old Washington Rd., Waldorf, MD.
