obert M. Astlin, of Edgewater, MD on Friday, January 11, 2008. Beloved husband of Frances R. Astlin; devoted father of Patricia Boyer and Diane Tinker; brother of Thomas Astlin and his sister Pat Spindle. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to Robert's Life Celebration on Tuesday, January 15 from 2 to 3 p.m. with funeral services beginning at 3pm at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD. Interment Private. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Hospice of the Chesapeake, 445 Defense Hwy., Annapolis, MD 21401.
