Robert Beuchert - Obituary

obert Anton Beuchert, age 87, died Monday, October 10, 2011 at his residence in Murells Inlet, SC. Born in Washington, DC, he was a son of the late Fred and Anna Bauchert. Mr. Beuchert was a U.S. Army veteran. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service. Mr. Beuchert was a member of the Elks, Moose Lodge and the VFW. He enjoyed playing golf. He was predeceased his 1st wife, Marion L. Baus Beuchert. Survivors include his wife, Grace Beuchert of Murrells Inlet, SC; a daughter, Mary McGee of Georgetown, SC; sons, Robert A. Beuchert, Jr. of Lothian, MD, Michael (Rita) Beuchert of College Park, MD and George (Karen) Beuchert of Deming, NM; seven grandchildren and five stepchildren. Friends are invited to Robert’s Life Celebration at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD on Sunday, October 16 from 1 to 4pm, where a funeral service will be held at 11am on Monday, October 17. Interment Lakemont Memorial Gardens.
