Robert Thomas Clopp - Obituary

obert "Bob" Thomas Clopp, 81, an 18-year resident of Edgewater, MD and previously of Annapolis, MD, died on Tuesday, July 6, 2021, following a 15 month battle with pancreatic cancer. Born June 22, 1940, in Trenton, NJ to the late Harold and Eleanor Clopp, he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University. Bob was employed for most of his career at IBM. He enjoyed gardening and sailing and was a longtime member of St. Anne’s Episcopal Church and the Parole Rotary Club. He is survived by his loving wife, of 18 years, Prudence Clendenning; a son Douglas and daughter Michelle; and two brothers, Don and Bill Clopp. A memorial service will be held at St. Anne's Episcopal Church, Church Circle, Annapolis, MD on Friday, September 10 at 10 am.
