Robert T. Hurley - Obituary

obert Timothy Hurley, “Timmy” a resident of Mayo and St. Leonard, MD passed away at Johns Hopkins University Hospital in Baltimore on June 18, 2021. Timmy was 68. Timmy was born on August 9, 1952 in Washington, DC to the late Robert and Darlene Hurley. He proudly served his country for four years in the US Navy and worked as a steamfitter for Local 602 Steamfitter’s Union. Timmy is survived by his wife of 13 years, Carla Hurley, his children Jason Hurley and Misti Hurley, both of Hagerstown MD, his siblings: Gregory Hurley of Owings, MD and Patricia Dixon of Howardsville, VA. His is also survived by his four grandchildren, Trenton Hurley, Laci Fisher, and Carson and Kayla Hurley. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Tuesday, July 6 at 11:30 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 515 Loch Haven Rd, Edgewater, MD. Interment will follow at the Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Crownsville, MD.. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made, in Timmy's name, to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.
