Robert Lee Waterfield - Obituary

obert Lee "Bob" Waterfield, 93, a 35 year resident of Annapolis, MD passed away at his residence on Wednesday, March 14, 2018. Born on November 8, 1924 in Georgetown, OH to the late Rudolph and Elizabeth Waterfield, Bob served in the U.S. Army and worked as a nuclear physicist with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. In addition to his parents Bob was preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Elizabeth "Betty” Waterfield. He is survived by his children, Tom Waterfieldof Gambrills, MD, Robert "Pete" Waterfield of Michigan, Nancy Higdon of Florida and Amy Manning of Annapolis, MD and nine grandsons, four granddaughters and two great-granddaughters. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 18 at 10:30 AM at Sunrise of Annapolis, 800 Bestgate Rd., Annapolis, MD 21401. Condolences may be made by clicking the tab on the left of this page.
