Robin Michelle Wright-Perkins - Obituary

obin M. Wright-Perkins, aged 60, ended her battle July 22, 2026. Through her work as a registered nurse, home health aid, and manager of the ambulatory clinic for MedStar Washington Hospital Center; She has touched the lives of many. Her dedication to her vocation of caring extended to being the school nurse for Archbishop Neale School while her children Ravin/Marie Perkins and R.W. Perkins were in attendance. She is survived by not only her children, but by her husband Renaldon Perkins. Along with her brothers Glen Wright and Reno Wright. Her nieces; Amber Wright and Reyna Wright, nephews; Owen Wright, Jayce Wright, and Jude Wright. Her passing comes after the death of her two older sisters: Sheila Wright and Cassandra Wright. Her spirit lives on in the patients, coworkers, and other numerous lives she touched by her unforgettable presence, smile, laughter and her beauty. A memorial gathering will be held at Medstar Washington Hospital Center Conference Room, 110 Irving St., NW, Washington, DC 20010 on Friday, August 7, 2026 from 10 A.M. until 12 noon. Relatives and friends are invited to Robin's Life Celebration on Friday, August 7, 2026 from 4 to 8 P.M. at the KALAS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 6160 Oxon Hill Road, Oxon Hill, MD 20745. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, August 8, 2026 at 10 A.M. at St. Mary's of Piscataway Catholic Church, 13401 Piscataway Rd., Clinton, MD 20735. Interment to follow at St. Mary's of Piscataway Church Cemetery, Clinton, MD.
