n Sunday, October 2, 2016; the beloved husband of Nancy H. Lagana Dumas; father of Christopher P. (Renee) Dumas; grandfather of Nathaniel and Samuel; brother of Patti Zanganeh; step-father of Venice Johnson, Katie (Danny) Harding, Toni (Steve Harris) Lagana; step-grandfather of Rainie, Cody, Dustin, Savanna, Kandace, Akeymah, Nikeyah, Alicia, Stephen, Luchen, and Dallas; step-great grandfather of Sylas; uncle of Asana Zanganeh ; great-uncle of Aryan; nephew of Norma Brockway; also survived by many family and friends. A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, October 14 from 11 a.m. until time of the memorial service at 12 noon at Forest Memorial United Methodist Church, 3111 Forestville Rd., Forestville, MD. Interment Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD.
