n Thursday, March 12, 2015; the beloved husband of Rothel D. Carter; father of the late Torrey D. Carter; grandfather of Donte M. Carter; brother-in-law of Connie Lawson; uncle of Timothy V.Lawson; special friend of Alisa Forby and Gwendolyn Terrell; also survived by his cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to Ron's Celebration of Life on Thursday, March 19 from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. at St. Paul United Methodist Church, 6634 St. Barnabas Rd., Oxon Hill, MD. Interment with military honors at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham, MD on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at 11 am.
