Ronald Kraft - Obituary

onald E. Kraft, age 73, a 15 year resident of Edgewater, MD died at Anne Arundel Medical Center on Monday, January 18 of a heart attack. Born in Washington, DC on June 20, 1936, Ronald retired in 1994 after working as a manager at various K-Mart stores for 42 years. In his spare time he loved to go on cruises. He was married to the late Kathryn Louise Kraft on June 27, 1959. She died on January 28, 2004. He is survived by 2 daughters; Debbie Namovicz of Silver Spring, MD and Kelly Passero of Edgewater, MD, 2 sons; Ronald Kraft, Jr. of Fairfax, VA and Michael Kraft of Palm Beach, FL, a sister; Joan Bieber of Edgewater, MD; his special friend, Mickey Lewter of Kensington, MD and 8 grandchildren. Friends are invited to Ronald's Life Celebration at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD on Thursday, January 21 from 6pm to 8pm and at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, 515 Loch Haven Road Edgewater, MD on Friday, January 22 from 9am until Mass of Christian Burial is offered at 10am. Interment Lakemont Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Easter Seals Florida-Palm Beach Region, 213 S. Congress Ave., West Palm Beach, FL 33409.
