Rosalia Crisologo Lazo Padaoil - Obituary

osalia Crisologo Lazo Padaoil, age 100, died peacefully on Wednesday, March 28th, 2018, surrounded by family in Derwood, Maryland. Rosalia was the only child born to Caridad and Toribio on March 17th, 1918 in San Juan, Abra, Philippines. She will be remembered as a woman who exemplified strong familial, spiritual, and cultural values through her dedication to her family, faith, and country. She was an avid barterer, self entrepreneur, and real estate manager. She married her sweetheart, Lt. Eustaquio Padaoil, on November 23rd, 1942. She is survived by her children Selda, Elvie, Emma, Boy, and Hene; grandchildren Mel, Grace, Mike, Jen, JR, ML, Charles, Kristen, Ken, and Estee; and great grandchildren Matthew, Sam, EJ, Mark, DJ, Manny P., Mia, Manny A., Bella, Mikey, Tony, and Mira. Relatives and friends are invited to Mrs. Padaoil's Life Celebration on Friday, April 6, 2018 from 10:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 6701 Muncaster Mill Rd., Derwood, MD 20855. Interment in the Philippines at a later date.
