Rosalie F. Curtin - Obituary

t is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Rosalie F. Curtin on Thursday, June 21, 2018 in Annapolis, MD. She was surrounded by her loving family. Rosalie was born in Philadelphia, grew up in Washington, DC, raised her family in Adelphi, MD and moved to Annapolis upon retirement from the USDA. Rosalie loved to read, do crossword puzzles, travel, dance and sing. She led a full and happy life, always having a good time wherever she would go. Rosalie was preceded in death by her husband, John J. Curtin and her son, Patrick J. Curtin. She will be remembered and deeply missed by her daughters, Mary Fran (Jim) Lintner and Cathy (Gregg) Kaderabek; her grandchildren, Courtney, Chase, Jackie, Mackenzie and Michael; her sister, Patricia Smith of Franklin, TN; her nephews, Tom, Gregg and Mark and her loving companion, Richard "Dick" Reb who was so caring and dear to Mom. Please join us in celebrating her life on Sunday, July 1 from 4 to 7 PM at the Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd. Edgewater, MD. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, July 2 at 10:30am at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 109 Duke of Gloucester St., Annapolis, MD.
