Rose Kolinsky - Obituary

ose Marie “Rosie” Kolinsky, Age 50, a 14-year resident of Edgewater, Maryland, passed away on June 1, 2014, at Anne Arundel Medical Center. Rose was born on May 16, 1964, in Hyattsville, Maryland. Rose worked as a Sales Representative for Frank Gumpert Printing in Annapolis, MD. Rose loved the Lord and was a member of the Celebrate Life Ministries Church located in Crofton, Maryland. Rose is survived by her husband of 15 years, John and her two children, Alexis Maria and John Robert Kolinsky of Edgewater, Maryland; her parents Anthony Contic and Gail Simmons; four brothers; Tony, Richard, Bobby and Frank Contic; and three sisters; Patricia Beavers, Gail Chambers and Barbara Contic. Friends are invited to Rosie’s Life Celebration from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm, on Thursday, June 5, 2014, at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, Maryland, where her funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, June 6, 2014. Burial will be at the Fort Lincoln Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1041 Route 3 N., Gambrills, Maryland 21054.
