Rose White - Obituary

ose White, a 40+ year resident of Annapolis, died peacefully on Sunday, August 21, 2011 at FutureCare Chesapeake in Arnold after a lengthy illness. Born April 8, 1935 in Somerville, Massachusetts to the late Bernard and Bridget O’Rourke, she was a 1953 graduate of Somerville High School. She is survived by her daughter, Kathleen Brown of Edgewater; a brother, John O’Rourke of Boston, MA; three grandchildren, Robert Schmaldienst of Edgewater, Heather Schmaldienst of Brooklyn Park and Fritz Henkensiefken of Galesville; three great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Friends are invited to Rose’s Life Celebration at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater on Wednesday, August 24, from 6 to 8PM. Interment private.
