Rose Wilder - Obituary

ose Marie Wilder, 100, of Annapolis, MD, passed over into the loving arms of the heavenly angels on Thursday, March 20, 2014, surrounded by her family. Affectionately known as CheeChee, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William O. Wilder. She will be sadly missed by her devoted son, Billy Wilder and his wife, Carla; her grandchildren, Jason Wilder and his wife, Khristna and Larissa Torreyson and her husband, Joseph; five great-grandchildren, Bailey, Peyton, Avery, Dutch and Marisol; and many family members and friends. Family and friends are invited to Rosie’s Life Celebration on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 from 4 - 7 pm at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Road, Edgewater, MD. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at 11:00 am on Wednesday, March 26th, at Holy Family Catholic Church, 826 W. Central Avenue, Davidsonville, MD. Interment Ft. Lincoln Cemetery. The family wishes to thank all the caregivers at Heartland Hospice who lovingly comforted her as she prepared to go home.
